The village with good shops and a large variety of pubs and restaurants is only five minutes walk away. The open New Forest surrounds Lyndhurst so there are lots of walks and cycle tracks nearby as well as many interesting places to visit by car.

Ground floor: Comfortable Sitting room with TV/DVD and a small selection of DVDs as well as lots of books. The dining room has a large pine table and chairs and a dresser which has lots of board games stored inside. The kitchen has a Smeg gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a downstairs cloakroom and small utility room (ideal for wet coats and wellies).

The attractive bathroom has a white suite including a bath with Victorian-style taps and a shower over it. Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with fitted cupboard and vanity unit with wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 is a large twin-bedded room and the 3rd bedroom is a small room with a single bed overlooking the garden.

Outside is a fully enclosed garden with a side gate that can be locked for safety. There is a patio with table and chairs and steps down to an attractive lawned area surrounded by flower beds and leading to a shed, suitable for the storage of bikes.

The warm and cosy cottage has full gas central heating, and the beds are made-up with duvets and bed linen as well as towels being provided.
